Initial meeting

We conduct thorough research around our client, their business and the role we have been invited to work on.

Supplementary questions

Alongside the role description, we have developed a supplementary questions document with commonly asked candidate questions, to ensure we are armed with as much client information as possible before going to market.

Longlist

A long list of candidates suitable for the role is drafted and presented to the client for review.

Shortlist

Alongside the longlist, we short list candidates of particularly good fit, and will discuss these with the client as potential headhunts.

Headhunting

From our agreed shortlist we will then go to market and contact the candidates of best fit, with a tailored message to reflect the headhunted nature of the approach.

Introductions and interviews

We work closely with you throughout this period to assist with feedback and updates; to ensure our candidates of best fit are receiving the information they need to make any decisions, and also to respectfully step down candidates who, for whatever reason, were not taken forward.

Offer negotiation

Contract negotiation can be complicated, and we have had considerable experience in navigating this delicate phase.

Candidate management

We align closely with our candidates to manage their resignation and to offset buy-back situations. It is often a difficult and emotional time for a firm to lose a highly regarded employee.
